City of Duluth to close a portion of 24th Avenue W on Monday, December 15, 2025

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth will close the 1000, 1100, and 1200 blocks of 24th Avenue W on Monday, December 14, 2025 to allow crews to safely perform utility work. The work should last through December 31, and traffic will detour around the affected area.

 

The detour routes are as follows:

 

 

Northbound will need no detour; uphill traffic will remain on 24th Avenue W.

Southbound: 24th Avenue W > Skyline Parkway > W Third Street

 

Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes when possible.
