City of Duluth to reduce traffic to one lane of W Third Street tomorrow for utility work
[DULUTH, MN] Contractors will be working to install equipment for Minnesota Power between Fourth Avenue W and Mesaba Avenue on W Third Street on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. This will require the closure of the bike lane and reduce vehicle traffic to one lane to allow space to complete this work. No parking areas will be posted and enforced to allow for the work. If possible, drivers are advised to consider alternative routes during this work, including First Street and Superior Street.
