Mayor Ness and city officials will make an announcement today, December 8, 2010  about a settlement agreement that has been reached on current litigation.  The news conference will take place at 11:00 AM in Duluth City Hall (Room 405). 

 

Mayor Ness and city officials will make comments and be available for questions.
