Traffic Advisory;
“Kia of Duluth Car Show and Time Trials” will be held Sunday, August 23, 2009. The event will be held on Garfield Avenue. Garfield Avenue will be closed to traffic from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. between Railroad Street and Nelson Street. Access to the events will be from West Superior Street to Garfield Avenue or by Railroad Street to Garfield Avenue.
