INCIDENT LOCATION: Tri-Towers 228 N. 2nd Ave. E.
On Wednesday January 5th, 2011 the Duluth Police Department located next of kin of Peter Pocan and notified them of his death. Pocan died on January 2nd, 2011 as a result of a fire in his apartment at Tri-Towers 228 N. 2nd Ave. E.
The Duluth Police Department would like to thank everyone that helped locate next of kin in this case, particularly the Green Bay Gazette whose article they ran for a Duluth Police Investigator led to the notification being made.
