The Duluth Police Department is hosting its first Crime Free Multi Housing (CFMH) Landlord Training Session of 2011. This training is for landlords and property managers in the City of Duluth and provides a partnership between police, property owners/managers and residents to foster a safe, healthy and crime free community in rental housing.

The training is Tuesday, January 18th, 2011 at the West Police Station Training Room, 5830 Grand Ave. Interested landlords and property managers can sign up at the day of the training. Registration is from 8:00am-9:00am. The training is scheduled from 9:00am-4:00pm. The $50 registration fee includes lunch and a training manual.
